Alyssa Faith Bennett was born today at 1:04pm. She is 8 pounds 4 ounces and is 21 inches long. She is beautiful. We are doing well. We'll write more details later.

    P.S. my words of wisdom on C-section recovery, You will feel really good. Don't do it, it will be tempting to do all things left undone while waiting the birth. You will feel horrible the next day. Rest, Rest, and more rest. Then you can do a little more each day!!! don't do it!
